With over two decades of experience in the mental health and fitness industries, I combine my expertise as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Personal Trainer, and Certified Nutrition Behavior Change Specialist to offer a comprehensive approach to healing and transformation.

I hold a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Holistic Counseling, and I am the founder of Whole Health Wellness, LLC. My professional journey has been guided by the belief that the mind and body are deeply interconnected, and I use this perspective to support my clients in achieving both mental and physical well-being. With 22 years in the mental health field and 20 years in the fitness industry, I have developed a unique approach that integrates counseling, personal training, and holistic coaching.

As a passionate advocate for women's health and empowerment, I have worked with countless clients to help them overcome disordered eating, body image struggles, and the emotional challenges of divorce and unhealthy relationships. My personal experiences with similar challenges, including overcoming disordered eating, divorce, and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, provide me with a profound understanding of my clients' journeys.

In my private practice, which I opened 15 years ago, I offer holistic coaching that empowers clients to rediscover their inner strength, set meaningful goals, and transform their lives.
